Returns Information

Unwanted Item Returns


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.
To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact Form to request an RMA number. We will provide a return shipping label.


All returned products must be 100% complete with original packaging, UPC codes, manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, and the refund will be issued once the item is processed by our Returns Department, minus the restocking fee.


Unopened, Unused, or Unworn Items:


If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened, unused items with packaging or tags intact within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please only send back products that meet these conditions.


If your item has been opened, submit a return request through our enquiry form, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.


Non-returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, unless defective.


Opened or used adult toys (e.g., vibrators, dildos, anal toys, beads, plugs, etc.)
Opened or worn lingerie and men's wear, Douche/enema kits, cock, and ball devices, cock rings, cock sleeves, gags, ropes.
Personal care items (e.g., lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints).


Defective Items


In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date.


We will work with you to replace the item with the same item or provide a credit for the product price and original shipping charge, upon proof of defect.
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email and provide instructions for returning the product. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.

Customer name, order number, item SKU number, and the nature of the return.
You will be provided with an RMA number allowing the return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BOX.


Processing Returns
